02 Scope of This Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, request a property or ROI report, or otherwise contact us. It applies to visitors and prospective clients, regardless of where you are located, and is written to meet the standards of the UK GDPR and, where applicable to visitors based in the European Economic Area, the EU GDPR.

• Contact details — email address and/or WhatsApp/phone number
• The specific project or ITC zone you're interested in
• Your approximate budget or investment range
• Any additional details you choose to share in an enquiry or WhatsApp message

Information Collected Automatically

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device type, generated as part of loading the site and its assets (including fonts served by Google)
• Your cookie/local-storage consent preference, and whether you've already seen certain on-site prompts

We do not currently collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other special category data through this site, and we ask that you do not include such information in any enquiry you send us.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the ROI/IRR analysis, project comparison, or advisory support you've requested
• Progress a transaction where you've engaged us in that capacity
• Keep an internal record of our communications with you

We do not sell or rent your details to third parties, and we do not use your enquiry for unrelated marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

06 How Your Enquiry Actually Flows

This site is built so that submitting an enquiry form opens WhatsApp on your own device, with your details pre-filled as a message to our Oman advisory team. We do not store form submissions in a database on our servers — your enquiry is sent directly from your device to ours, via WhatsApp. Once received, WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs that transmission, and Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) acts as an independent controller for the messaging infrastructure itself.

07 Who We Share Data With

We keep data sharing to the minimum necessary to run our advisory service:

• WhatsApp/Meta — as the channel through which enquiries are transmitted to our team, as set out above
• Google Fonts — loading this site's typefaces involves a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, per Google's own privacy policy
• Developers and legal/financial professionals — only where you've instructed us to progress a specific transaction, and only the information necessary for that purpose
• Regulators or authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, such as for anti-money-laundering checks

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

08 International Data Transfers

We operate between the United Kingdom and Oman. Where your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA — for example, to our Oman office, or via WhatsApp's international messaging infrastructure — we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent standard of protection, including relying on the receiving party's own safeguards and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.

09 How Long We Keep Data

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, progress any transaction, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — typically no longer than six years after our last substantive contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing matter.

10 Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses browser local storage — not traditional third-party tracking cookies — for two purposes: remembering whether you've accepted or declined our cookie banner, and avoiding repeat display of the same on-site prompt within a session. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data to ad networks. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings, or by using the on-site banner shown on your first visit.

11 Keeping Your Data Secure

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including restricting access to enquiry records to team members who need them to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

14 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults considering property investment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.
